The Korean Agency for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed a Vietnamese infected with nCoV in Deagu city, the center of Covid-19 epidemic.

According to the International Health Regulations (IHR), the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KCDC) has sent this patient information to the Ministry of Health of Vietnam,

After receiving the information, the Vietnamese Embassy in Korea sent a note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea, relevant agencies and localities to propose favorable conditions and actively treat citizens. Vietnam is infected.

South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha said yesterday the government is working hard to cope with the Covid-19 epidemic and will "provide free WHO-level medical assistance to Vietnamese citizens in Korea", according to the February 28 announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Covid-19 epidemic appeared in 60 countries and territories after the outbreak in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, causing more than 85,000 people to be infected, of which nearly 3,000 died. South Korea is currently the second largest outbreak in the world, with more than 3,000 cases and 17 deaths.
