China: A supermarket in Tianjin involved nearly one-third of the city's corona virus cases, leading to suspicion that it was the source of the disease.

Tianjin has more than 15 million people, about 112 km southeast of Beijing. Tens of millions of people in many other localities across the country were also affected by the acute pneumonia epidemic, after the authorities introduced restrictive travel measures to prevent the virus from spreading.

Disease outbreaks have occurred in 26 countries and territories around the world, killing more than 43,000 people infected with nCoV and 1,018 people. The Wuhan government, at the center of the epidemic, continued to tighten the blockade, requiring closer monitoring of buildings with nCoV infections.
