The immediate goal of President-elect Biden is to bring the country out of the crisis, but the challenge he faces is not small.

After the US Congress officially certified Joe Biden's victory, the inauguration on January 20 is the final procedure for him to take over the White House.

At the Q&A session with voters on ABC on October 15, Biden said that the first thing he will do as president is to meet with Republicans, in an effort to reconcile bipartisan as he still does.

Biden entered the campaign with the slogan "Rebuild Better", aiming to revive America after an economic disaster, such as the time of the late Democratic President Franklin Roosevelt, while also bringing the country in transformation.

The "Rebuild Better" agenda is expected to include more than $ 6 trillion in spending over a decade, which Biden insists he can negotiate with Republicans in parliament.

The Biden administration's top priority was the Covid-19 pandemic, a crisis in which he criticized the Trump administration's failure to coordinate.

He wants the Covid-19 test free of charge to all citizens and recruits 100,000 people to participate in the national exposure tracking program.

In economics, the Biden issue is underestimated compared to Trump, the President-elect proposed a high level of public investment in American businesses that has never been seen since World War II.

Biden also called for the federal minimum wage to reach $ 15 and actively supports the union.

According to Moody's analysis, Biden proposals are estimated to create 18.6 million new jobs during his tenure, with an average increase in after-tax income of $ 4,800.

"The idea is to build a structure that makes the economy more inclusive and resilient to shocks," explains Jared Bernstein, a Biden adviser.

Regarding health policy, Biden rejected the idea of "insurance for all" in the primary round of elections.

Biden's proposals are expected to help provide additional coverage to millions of low-income people in dozens of states that refuse to extend the Medicaid program (which assists with the cost of health care for low-income people).

In terms of education, in addition to the preschool program for all 3-4 year olds, Biden supports the College for All Act, which Senator Sanders proposes, which helps provide the right federal subsidy to states.

Biden proposes substantial investments in community colleges, to improve facilities and to waive tuition fees.

On the environment, Biden proposed to invest $ 2 trillion in clean energy.

The most ambitious goal is to contribute to helping the US achieve zero CO2 emissions by 2050. "I think addressing climate change is a must," Biden said.

On justice, Biden proposed creating a federal subsidy program worth 20 billion dollars, to encourage states to limit decisions to imprisonment.

Many of Biden's proposals also aim to address inequality, such as a plan to waive public college fees for middle-class families.

On foreign affairs, Biden once wrote that as president he would focus first on national affairs, but not so he neglected foreign policy.

Analysts have long predicted that Biden will maintain a tough stance on Beijing, but believe he will choose to shake hands with allies to build a coherent alliance, rather than taking an approach.

The US President-elect once claimed China was held accountable for unfair trade practices and business environments, but instead of unilaterally imposing tariff barriers, he proposed forming a civil coalition.

"Biden should work with its European allies to create a strategy that is consistent with China, but it takes time to build, and best of all, no one else hinders the process," Leslie

Some have suggested that Biden simply needed to reverse the Trump administration's decisions.
