These two gunners are part of the Anti-Attack Team (CAT), which plays an important role in the line of protection of the US president.

If the White House or the convoy escorting the US President is attacked, they will be the first people to open fire to suppress the threat, blocking the guards so that the guards can take the White House owner to a safe place, while

Secret Service CAT is classified as "special task", equipped with a variety of guns with strong firepower and highly customizable, only for special forces and not sold to the market, according to Ronald Kessler, author

The CAT member's basic weapon is the SR-16 carbine gun manufactured by Knight's Armament (KAC).

The grip of the SR-16 is adjustable in length to fit each person's hand size.

The pistol model used by CAT is the SIG Sauer P229 manufactured by Germany and Switzerland.

P229 was developed from the P226 model which is very popular with US Navy special forces.

In addition to rifles and shotguns, CAT agents are often equipped with a Remington 870 MCS shotgun (Modular Combat Shotgun).

The gun uses slash bullets, which can fire 12-20 small marbles in each firing, creating a wide area of damage at close range, especially suitable for targets not equipped with protective armor.
