31 Pakistani migrants were discovered in a truck in southern France on November 1.

A truck carrying more than 30 immigrants was discovered during a routine inspection on a highway near the Italian border on November 1. The driver also from Pakistan was arrested. Of the 31 immigrants, there are three teenagers, who have been handed over to the Italian government for processing according to immigration procedures.

"We will try to track down the network and the people behind it, as we did when dealing with similar cases," said the Prosecutor's office of the Nice city, southeastern France.

The incident came shortly after the Essex County Police, England discovered 39 people were killed in a refrigerated container. British police on November 1 issued a notice that the victims in the case of 39 deaths on container trucks were Vietnamese citizens and were identifying the victims.
