Photo of Prince Harry and his wife will stop royal duties from the middle of next month to spend time with their family and to visit America.

The decision was made by Prince Harry and Princess Meghan after fulfilling the current commitments and activities, a royal source revealed on October 20. However, the couple have no specific plans and it is unclear how long they will take a break. Maybe they will go back between England and the US, Meghan's hometown, the source added.

E! Online reports that Harry and his wife will travel to California to visit Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, and welcome Thanksgiving at the house where she spent her childhood. They will then return to the UK to celebrate Christmas with Queen Elizabeth II and the rest of the royal family.

The news comes hours before the documentary film "Harry and Meghan: Journey of Africa" aired on British television ITV, telling of their recent visit to South Africa. In the video published before the broadcast, Harry praised the idea of moving to Africa to live as "amazing" but admitted this was impossible.

"I don't know where we can live in Africa at the moment," Harry told reporter Tom Bradly. "We have just arrived from Cape Town, it will be a great place for us to live."

In another video excerpt from the film, Meghan frankly shared about the pressures she faced when she became a princess and mother before the scrutiny of the media and the public.

"Few people have ever asked me if I'm okay," Meghan said, trying to hold back her tears. "But that's the truth going on behind the scenes."

Harry, 35, married Meghan, 38, former American actor, in 2018 and welcomed his first son in May. The couple's life has always attracted the attention of the press and the public. Meghan is suing British newspaper Mail on Sunday for posting part of a private letter she sent to her father, while Harry also sued owners of Sun and Daily Mirror accusations of hacking his phone.
