The total number of infections and deaths in the US, the largest epidemic region in the world, were 1,684,860 and 99,268, an increase of 18,616 and 607 cases, respectively.

All 50 US states have relaxed their blockade at different levels.

Brazil recorded an additional 15,813 cases and 653 deaths, bringing the cases and deaths up to 363,211 and 22,666 respectively, continuing to be the second epidemic area in the world.
