King Vajiralongkorn on October 23 decided to fire six royal officials, including a nurse, a senior police official and two bodyguards for "extremely bad behavior". The announcement did not link the case of six officials being sacked to Sineenat's deposition.

These continuing developments raised concerns on Thai social media that Sineenat, also known as Koi, was chased away by the King and the Royal Family, forced to live in exile similar to their ex-wives. by King Vajiralongkorn. The fate of Ms. Sineenat is becoming a top topic of interest on Thai social networks with the hashtag #HelpKoi.

Sineenat, 34, was deposed just three months after being crowned king of Vajiralongkorn by the late King of Vajiralongkorn in late July at a ceremony held on his 67th birthday. The fighting ceremony for the first time a Thai monarch publicly claimed more than one wife after the end of the authoritarian monarchy ended in 1932.

Sineena served as a military nurse before becoming a major to command the king's bodyguards, awarded four noble medals for his contribution to the nation. After becoming a royal noble, Sineena always showed disobedience to the king and queen of Thailand, and "took advantage of his position to act on behalf of the king to order people".

Before the throne, Vajiralongkorn had four wives. In 1996, he announced the removal of his second wife, Yuvadhida Polpraserth, and abandoned all four of their two sons after she fled to the United States. In 2014, a third wife, Srirasmi Suwadee, was deposed, but her 14-year-old son was raised by King Vajiralongkorn in Germany and Switzerland.
