The Su-34 was towed by a truck on a highway to Voronezh province, apparently to be used as a model after a heavy crash due to an aerial collision.

War Informant account on 30/10 posted on social network VK of Russia photos, videos of Su-34 bomber number "25 Red" pulled on the emergency lane of the highway. In the photo, the front landing gear of the Su-34 is connected to the truck and the bomb fighter moves with its wheels, instead of being placed on a trailer as a method of transporting aircraft.

The main wing, horizontal wing and vertical tail wings of the aircraft are removed to avoid collision on the way. The plane has many red star symbols on the left of the cockpit, showing that it had participated in many combat operations.

"The aircraft's serial number and paintwork coincide with the Su-34 bomber that appeared in Syria at the end of 2015. This could be one of the first four Su-34 bombers to be deployed. this Middle East country, "said aviation expert Tom Demerly.

An unnamed source in Russia said it was a "body frame not eligible for flight" being transferred to Voronezh province, southwestern Russia, where a large maintenance facility for the Russian Air Force's Su-34 line is located. "I think it will become a model of learning tools for ground technicians in Voronezh," another source added.

The Su-34 is likely to be one of two aircraft damaged in an air collision in Lipetsk region on September 6. In the incident, two bomb fighters of the Russian Defense Ministry's Flight Training and Military Test Center collided during training flight, most likely due to blindness.

The pilots let the plane land safely, but the cockpit, engine and hull of a Su-34 were badly damaged, and the electronic warfare combination mounted on the wing of the remaining fighter was thrown.
