Democrat Bill Pascrell asked House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi to remove the seats of supporters in Trump's attempt to challenge the election results.

"Simply put, the men and women who try to 'rip off' the US government cannot be members of parliament," Pascrell said on December 11 on Twitter.

Pascrell argues that the 14th Amendment forbids people who "join the rebellion or rebellion" from entering parliament.

Texas on December 7 filed a lawsuit against four battlefield states, including Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, to the Supreme Court.

126 House Republicans signed legal documents relating to the Texas lawsuit, including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

However, the US Supreme Court on December 11 dismissed the Texas lawsuit, saying that Texas had no right to dispute how other states conducted elections.

Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani insists the legal war is "not over" but the Trump team is facing the pressure of time.
