Cases of corona virus infection have increased rapidly in two Beijing hospitals, raising fears that an epidemic may be spreading in the city.

Compared to other cities, Beijing recorded relatively few cases of nCoV infection when there were only 396 infections and 4 deaths yesterday. However, Fuxing Hospital currently has at least 36 people infected with the corona virus, a significant increase since February 3, when it was announced that five health-care workers at the hospital were positive for the virus.

The new rule also requires those returning to Beijing to inform their authorities in advance of their trip in the capital. Officials in Beijing today said people flying from other cities to the city and not in any part of China for the past 14 days were exempt from regulation.
