South Korea this afternoon recorded 123 more cases of nCoV, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 4,335.

The data was released after the Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention this morning announced 476 more cases of nCoV. Thus, the number of nCoV infections per day in Korea has increased by 599 cases, with a total of 26 deaths.

This morning's figures were published based on the number of patients up to midnight, instead of 9am daily as before. Health authorities have changed the calculation method to give frontline doctors more time to deal with the disease. The newly released data is based on the number of patients counted since midnight until this afternoon.
