"We have proven fraud happened but no judge is brave enough, not even the Supreme Court. I'm really disappointed with them," Trump told host Brian Kilmeade.

"Supreme Court, all they say is we are in no position," Trump said.

Operation Trump and his allies have filed dozens of lawsuits demanding recounting of votes in many states.

Trump considers Texas filing a lawsuit with the Supreme Court demanding the cancellation of votes in the four battlefield states that Biden won, including Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, as a key factor in his attempt to change election results.
