The tweet came just hours after the US confirmed the second case of pneumonia caused by a new strain of the corona family (nCoV). France also recorded three people who became ill after returning from China, becoming the first country in Europe to have nCoV.

Epidemic pneumonia caused by nCoV first appeared in Wuhan City, capital of Hubei Province. A seafood and live animal market is identified as the outbreak center. As of today, the pandemic pneumonia has killed 41 people and more than 1,000 cases worldwide. Outside of China, the epidemic appears in Thailand, Japan, Korea, USA, Singapore, Nepal, France and Vietnam.

China has partially closed the Great Wall of China along with other famous landmarks in Beijing and many cities to control the disease. A series of Chinese New Year festivals have also been canceled. Thirteen cities in Hubei Province imposed a ban on travel to prevent the spread, leaving about 41 million people affected.

The Chinese military has deployed dozens of military medical doctors to support the fight against pneumonia in hospitals in Wuhan.
