The number of products includes antibacterial cloth masks, medical masks, epidemic protective gear and nCoV test products made by Vietnam with a total value of USD 420,000.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung shared the difficulties and challenges facing the world and the region, emphasizing that no country can win the disease alone, all need to unite and strengthen cooperation and support.

The ambassadors of all countries expressed their deep gratitude to the Vietnamese government and people, emphasizing that these medical supplies are not only a valuable material support, but also a living testimony of friendship.

The ambassadors highly appreciated Vietnam's success in disease response, saying that Vietnam is a role model in the prevention of Covid-19;

The ambassadors of the ASEAN countries confirmed that they would transfer the medical supplies to the people who need the most support in the country.

In April 2020, Vietnam also implemented many measures to support the remaining 3 countries in Southeast Asia including Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
