A member of the WHO delegation to China to investigate the origin of Covid-19 claimed that intelligence on US Covid-19 was "erroneous in many respects".

US President Joe Biden "must be tough against China", expert Peter Daszak of the delegation of the World Health Organization (WHO) investigation of Covid-19 origin posted on Twitter on 9/2.

The WHO delegation to China has ended the investigation without finding the source of nCoV.

Daszak's comments come after an article saying that the US State Department doubts the transparency in cooperation between China and the WHO delegation.

The WHO investigation comes after the United States has spearheaded an international effort that requires a thorough understanding of the origin of nCoV.

Beijing is said to be working to eliminate the "scandals" about its early-stage Covid-19 treatment, which has been criticized by international public opinion as being delayed and lack of transparency.

The WHO team of experts also concluded that the lab-derived nCoV hypothesis is "extremely unlikely", in line with the Chinese view that the virus could have come from abroad or spread through frozen food.

Although it was impossible to find the origin of the nCoV, a year after the pandemic, the WHO team of experts agreed that the virus was capable of transmitting from bats to an unknown animal species before transmitting to humans.
