Hundreds of prostitution practitioners in Bangladesh's largest earthquake were vaccinated with Covid-19 in the vaccination last day.

Bangladesh, one of the few Islamic nations considers prostitution is legal, with at least 11 brothists operating in the country 169 million people.

Officials have long tried to get vaccinated to sex workers there but difficult due to the lack of supply.

Bangladeshi officials said the program rebooted on August 18, after the country received millions of vaccines from China and the United States under the Covax initiative.

He said very pleased to witness a large amount of people in the town.

Ruksana, 26, the first injection, said the work was severely affected by blockade orders and customers who were afraid of NCOV infection.

Bangladesh recorded more than 1.4 million cases and nearly 25,000 deaths, but experts believe that the actual number can be much higher.
