Israel recorded a record of nearly 11,000 new NCOV infections in the outbreak because of the Delta transformation, amid the schools prepared to open the door.

The Ministry of Health Israeli today said the country recorded 10,947 cases of NCOV infections, crossing a record of 10,118 new cases on January 18, bringing the total number of cases to 1,066,352.

People were injected with a third-party Covid-19 vaccine at a medical facility in Jerusalem on August 11.

Despite the strong transformation of Delta, Israel still boosted the plan to completely re-open the school system on September 1, by striving to increase the rate of Covid-19 vaccination.

The Bennett government is encouraging all citizens 12 years and older injecting Pfizer's Third Covid-19 vaccine.

In December 2020, Israel was one of the first countries to conduct the national Covid-19 vaccination campaign, which helps the number of new daily infections decline sharply, creating conditions to remove almost all anti-measures

However, some measures have been re-imposed, including compulsory wearing masks in public closed space, limiting the number of people gathered and asking for a certificate of immunization before entering a number
