Tejpal, 58, founder and former Editor-in-Chief of Tehelka Magazine India, accused of raping female colleagues in the elevator in Goa in November 2013.

The case occurred at the time the world shocked after a collective rape of a university student on the bus in New Delhi in late 2012, raising the protest movement to tighten anti-rape laws.
