The number of new Community NCOV cases in China continues to increase sharply with the outbreak in Fujian, promoting officials to implement limited measures.

The Chinese National Health Commission today said the country recorded 59 new NCOV infections in the community on September 13, more than twice as much as 22 shifts a day earlier.

The new outbreak stems from Putians, the city of 3.2 million people in Fujian, with the first case reported on September 10.
