Hartman was charged with trespassing in a restricted area of the airport and is scheduled to appear in court on the morning of October 14. The woman is still on probation after the last flight ticket and was banned from going to Chicago's O'Hare or Midway airports without a boarding pass.

Hartman has been caught smuggling the plane at least 5 times. Last year, she was arrested at O'Hare airport after being detained by London authorities for a while. Hartman was charged with trespassing and theft after smuggling a plane from Chicago to London without a ticket. Officials requested a psychiatric assessment of Hartman after the incident.

Followers of Hartman's arrests claim that she surpassed the security forces by being able to blend in with the crowd as a white and harmless white woman.

Hartman gained attention in August 2014 after being arrested for flying from Mineta San Jose airport to Los Angeles International Airport without a ticket. She admitted the charges and was put on probation. However, the next day, the woman was arrested at the airport while weaving between the passenger terminals.

Later that month, Hartman was warned in the city of Phoenix for trying to pass a security checkpoint at Sky Harbor airport without a boarding pass. A few days later, she was arrested at an airport terminal for unauthorized intrusion.

Hartman was also arrested in Florida in 2015 and at O'Hare in 2016 for violating probation and placed under house arrest for 6 months in a psychiatric facility.
