Information about the conspiracy was contained in a file submitted by prosecutors of the US Department of Justice on January 14, to issue an arrest warrant with Jacob Chansley in Arizona, a suspect wearing a cowboy hat participating in the Hill Riot.

"A lot of strong evidence, including Chansley's words and actions in the US congress building, makes it clear that the rebel's purpose is to arrest and assassinate MPs," said the Justice Department prosecutor.

The prosecutor team added that Chansley, 33, left a letter to the Vice President at the podium in the Senate office, where Pence stood a few minutes before the riot broke out and was evacuated.

Prosecutors' records also show a more specific look at the FBI investigation into the January 6 riots, which frightened congressmen and killed at least five people, including one

Chansley will appear in court on January 15.

"Chansley said very confidently that he was an alien, a more superior entity and that he was on Earth just to advance to another reality," the investigation documents wrote, adding that Chansley was arrested for

Chansley confessed to the FBI on November 9 and did not eat anything because the prison did not provide "organic" meals.

Chansley has appeared many times at Trump support events in Phoenix and wore a prominent cowboy hat.

Military records show that he enlisted in the military in September 2005 and assumed the position of a supply officer.

Chansley transferred to the Puget Sound Temporary Personnel Unit in Washington state in September 2007, being demobilized a month later as a runner-up after more than two years in the US Navy.
