A group of Chinese students ordained the US government because they are not granted visas to attend advanced sciences in the country.

The group of students said they were almost certainly being a visa application into the United States without considering by the Presidential Declaration (PP) No. 10043 announced by former US President Donald Trump in May 5/2020.

A Li family said they are working with a lawyer to prepare a legal challenge, which argues that PP10043 is unreasonable and unprotected by the US national security.

The student group sent a call to participate in Wechat social networks from June 1 and received more than 1,000 answers.

The lawsuit was prepared after many failed efforts to urge the US government to withdraw PP10043, including mailing with 550 signatures of Chinese students for 50 universities in the US to call for support.

The US Embassy spokesman in Beijing said PP10043 affected less than 2% of the total number of applications for studying visas in China, affirming that the United States will promote international research cooperation and maintain advantages
