The statement was given by Foreign Minister Locsin after Manila expressed the discontent with the presence of hundreds of Chinese ships on the East Sea recently.

The Chinese embassy in Manila has not commented on information.

More than 200 Chinese vessels from March 7 anchoring at the first three-year beach in the winter islands of the Truong Sa islands of Vietnam, where the Philippines also claimed sovereignty.

The Philippines Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 3 also accused the Chinese surrounding forces to "hinder, with dangerous moves and challenges through radio waves with the Philippine coastal ships".

Defense Minister Philippines Delfin Lorenzana previously announced it would maintain maritime exercises on the South China Sea, despite the warning from China.

President Duterte's government is largely warmer than China in exchange for investment, aid and lending to billion dollars.
