The Russian Defense Department said that the UN experts and the Red Cross Association have investigated the cause of death of dozens of Ukrainian prisoners.

The Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) claimed to and the Russian Ministry of Defense accused Ukraine using Himars jet artillery to raid a prison camp in Yelenovka.
