Sources said former Trump President will not be prosecuted.

The Trump Group was prosecuted to make banks and business partners stop working with them, and led to fines and other penalties if the business was convicted.

Allegations can also increase pressure on Weisselberg to cooperate with prosecutors, which he refused.
