North Korea announced the exercise with a super large jet cannon on 9/3, said leader Kim Jong-un directly observed and satisfied with the launch.

"Leader Kim Jong-un directly supervised the fire attack exercise on March 9. This activity is to test the lightning counter-strike capability of long-range artillery units at the front. South Korea's military yesterday announced North Korea launched three warheads from the Sondok area in South Hamgyong province, east of the country. Both shells flew 200 km, reached a maximum height of 50 km and fell into the Sea of Japan.
