Odessa is an important port of the Black Sea, where about 20 million tons of cereals are trapped in towers contained by war.

The attack occurred just a day after Ukraine and Russia signed an agreement by Turkey as an intermediary and the United Nations, allowing the export of millions of tons of cereals from the black coastal ports.

The missile attack was Russian cold water choking Vladimir Putin on the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who made great efforts to reach an agreement, spokesman for Foreign Ministry

The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also called on the UN and Turkey to ensure that Russia made commitments under an agreement on the safety corridor for cereal exports from Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea.

Russia has not yet commented on this information.

Cereals were transferred to the barges at Reni port, Odessa province, Ukraine on July 21.

The UN officials said the agreement signed on July 22 will set up a group of Turkish, Ukraine and UN employees to monitor the activities of the goods on the ship in Ukraine, before they pass through the route.

Ukrainian pilots with maps will guide cereal cargo ships passing through the coastal torpedo area.

The joint coordination center will check the cargo ships to Ukraine to receive cereals to ensure they do not carry weapons or items that can be used to attack Ukraine.

Russia and Ukraine also agreed not to attack any cargo ships or ports participating in the initiative to transport essential cereals, while the UN and Turkey supervisors will be available at Ukrainian ports to delinue the zones.

Before the signing ceremony, the assistant of Ukrainian President Mykhaylo Podolyak announced that the country signed an agreement to export cereal with Turkey and the UN, not directly signed with Russia.

Podolyak also warned that Ukraine would respond to military response to any provocative act of Russia, but did not specify the measure.

Exporting cereals is thought to be the cause of global food prices, and at the same time raise concerns about famine, especially in the poorest countries in the world.

Ukraine, Russia are major wheat suppliers worldwide and Ukraine is also a significant manufacturer of corn and sunflower oil.

Russia rejected the allegations to seriously make the food crisis, saying that the main reason was from Western sanctions on exporting goods and fertilizers of Moscow and Ukraine.

The Ukrainian cereal liberation agreement was signed, but the challenge to transfer millions of tons of food from the Black Sea ports has just begun.

Tens of millions of tons of cereals are still trapped in Ukraine, causing farmers to pile up when they are about to enter a new harvest.
