Poling believes that Vietnamese-American partnership continues to achieve stable and remarkable progress.

The Biden government considers Vietnam as a potential partner in achieving American goals such as maritime freedom and the Indian - Pacific region freely and openly, Thayer said.

The US has supported Vietnam 5 million doses of vaccines.

A remarkable point is that Harris is the first current US deputy president to visit Vietnam.
