Russian parliamentary Andrrei Kishas accused Ukraine on Belgorod shelling of Belgorod causing explosions and calling for a strict response from the government.

Causing casualties for civilians and destroying civil infrastructure in Belgorod is a direct aggression of Ukraine and requires the most serious response, including military action,

Since the conflict broke out in February, Moscow has accused Kiev behind a number of attacks on Belgorod, the city with more than 400,000 people about 40 km north of Ukraine, and other areas of the armor.

Kiev did not take responsibility but described these attacks as the price paid for Moscow's actions.

Kiev has not commented on the latest series of explosions that occurred in Belgorod.
